Homecare Support Ltd is owned and run by Ann Mumby RN - a Registered Nurse with 11 years experience of running a nursing and care agency.

Care Business Manager, Kezie Heath, works along side Ann to ensure the continuity of care and perform all administrative duties. We assume all employment responsibilities relating to tax and national insurance deductions.

All carers are Criminal Records Bureau checked, have a full initial induction when joining the company and undergo regular training. Homecare Support is registered by the Commission for Social Care Inspection, accredited by West Berkshire Council and Approved Provider to Oxfordshire Council.

Care Service
Our fully trained care assistants will happily carry out any of the following services you may require:
Help in getting up or going to bed
Bathing and showering
Washing and dressing
Preparing light meals
Assistance with eating
Outings and companionship
Visits to the doctor, dentist, hairdresser etc.

Please do not hesitate to ask if you wish us to do something not on the above list. We can provide carers for waking nights or sleep-in services also on an hourly basis during the day.

Live in Care Service
We can offer a live-in service on a short or long term basis. It could be while your family or live-in carer is away or to recuperate after hospitalisation in the comfort of your own home.We also offer a long term service to enable you to remain at home. Our specialist trained carers can provide care to high dependency clients. The cost of the live-in care package will vary depending on the assessment prior to providing you with a carer - please contact us for more information.

Our Carers
Our service is available for you to use whenever the need may arise. It could be for a short period while your family carer is away or at a time when you have personal stress and do not wish to be on your own. Our trained staff will be on call whenever you need them. Our sleep-in carers are a more economical way of providing cover when care is needed during the night. Charges for sleep-in carers are for normally working around nine hours each night. Extra working hours will be charged at the hourly rate and the carer will expect a reasonable nights sleep. A carer sleeping overnight must have a bed in a separate room within hearing distance. If they are called more than twice during the night, then the hourly rate will be charged.
